The 3 Trees

“I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6).
Those three phrases, the Way, the Truth, and the Life, stand like great trees in the landscape of Scripture and history,
and everything in our lives grows around them.

The Emergence of Adversity and the Assurance of Christ
As the world stands on the precipice of a profound spiritual upheaval, the figures of Satan and the Antichrist emerge with increasing malevolence, heralding the onset of the true biblical time of tribulation. In this era, marked by chaos and moral decay, the Antichrist rises as a charismatic but ultimately deceptive leader, embodying lawlessness and the rejection of divine truth. Scripture identifies him as a master manipulator, drawing nations into a false sense of security while sowing seeds of discord. Meanwhile, Satan, as the original adversary, orchestrates events from behind the scenes, intensifying human suffering through temptation, deception, and despair. The stage is set for catastrophic events, characterized by widespread apostasy, persecution of believers, and profound societal unrest, reflecting the biblical prophecies that foretell this tumultuous period. As darkness spreads, the spirit of the Antichrist—subtle yet pervasive—lures individuals toward moral ambiguity, undermining the very foundations of faith. In these challenging times, believers are called to remain vigilant, discerning truth from lies, for the clash between good and evil intensifies, underscoring the urgency of spiritual preparedness as humanity grapples with the unfolding realities of tribulation and the ominous presence of malevolent forces in the world.
As humanity becomes increasingly fraught with chaos and deception, understanding the profound significance of Christ Jesus’ declaration, “I am the Way and the Truth and the Life” (John 14:6), becomes essential for navigating the tumultuous landscape of our times. In this pivotal statement, Jesus establishes himself as the only pathway to salvation and a genuine relationship with God, setting a stark contrast against the seductive falsehoods propagated by the Antichrist and the influences of Satan. As believers face escalating uncertainty and moral relativism, the truth of Christ serves as a steadfast anchor amid tumult waters. He embodies the ultimate reality, offering clarity in a world clouded by lies and confusion. By referring to Himself as “The Way,” Jesus invites individuals to follow His teachings and example, leading them through the spiritual darkness that pervades society. Moreover, by proclaiming Himself as “The Truth,” He affirms that all wisdom and understanding originate from Him, challenging followers to discern truth from the deceptions that abound. Finally, declaring “The Life,” He emphasizes the fullness of life that comes through communion with Him, promising hope and eternal existence in fellowship with God. In these desperate times, embracing Christ’s identity becomes not just a theological understanding but a crucial lifeline, empowering believers to resist the encroaching darkness, stand firm in their faith, and offer the light of Christ to a world in desperate need of hope and redemption.

The 3 Trees

What if faith was never meant to be a routine of rules and rituals, but an adventure of transformation, an unfolding story that moves us beyond the boundaries of tradition and invites us into genuine community, shared purpose, and the richness of life in Christ? Picture yourself among the earliest followers of “the Way,” gathering not in grand temples, but in humble homes. Here, bread is broken, prayers are whispered, and hope is rekindled, even when uncertainty or opposition threatens. There is no script but love; no hierarchy but grace; just ordinary people longing for a real connection with God and each other.

THE MERCY OF FALLING

We often live as if there are only two options: succeed or fail. Win or lose. Perform or perish.
The ancient story in Genesis tells us there are two trees in the garden, representing two very different ways to be human. One was the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil—a system of judgment, calculation, and endless striving to be “enough”. The other was the Tree of Life—a system of connection, dependence, and rest.
Most of us, religious or not, spend our days eating from the first tree. We measure our worth by our metrics. We build our identities on our performance. And we are exhausted.

The World That Did Not End

In the biblical reality of today’s time the world is changing before our very eyes. We are getting close to the end. And those who are shaping the future are finalizing their plans. You can sense it. Governments, corporations, and powerful individuals are aligning their efforts like never before. And then in the middle of this shifting world stage, a world political figure, not a pastor or a prophet not even a government leader, is about to make his appearance – the “Antichrist”.
